At GN Separation, we are excited to announce that three units of our GND5Z1014 five-deck stack vibrating screens, along with three five-port ore slurry distribution boxes, are nearly ready for shipment to a customer site in Tajikistan, Central Asia. This marks a significant milestone for us as we continue to support the global lithium industry, particularly a leading Chinese lithium company that has purchased ore abroad and processes 600,000 tons of spodumene ore annually.
Superior Screening with GN 5-Deck Stack Vibrating Screens
The GN 5-Deck Stack Vibrating Screen is a versatile and advanced piece of equipment designed to meet the demands of the modern mineral processing industry. These screens are particularly suitable for wet screening, classification, and dehydration treatment of fine-grained materials, making them ideal for applications in mineral processing and coal preparation.
Key Features and Advantages:
-
Customizable Layers: Our vibrating screens can be configured with 2 to 5 layers based on on-site requirements, offering flexibility and efficiency for various screening tasks.
-
Innovative Design: Developed in-house, the GN Stack Vibrating Screen employs a single vibration source (dual vibration motors) and utilizes the principle of two-degree-of-freedom resonance to achieve linear vibration. This results in energy savings, high screening efficiency, and a large processing capacity.
-
Durable and Reliable: The screens feature a unique vibration mode, advanced technology, simple structure, and stable operation. These attributes ensure reliable performance and longevity, even in demanding environments.
-
High-Quality Materials: The GN Stack Vibrating Screen uses polyurethane screen mesh with a high opening rate (28-45%) and an average lifespan of over six months, ensuring sustained high performance and low maintenance.
Technical Specifications:
The GN Stack Vibrating Screen is available in various models to suit different needs. For instance, the GND5Z1014 model, which will be shipped to Tajikistan, boasts the following specifications:
- Screen box layers: 5
- Total screening area: 7㎡
- Linear vibration amplitude (double): 1-2mm
- Total installed power (output): 2 sets × 1.84kW
- Vibration frequency: 25Hz
- Screen inclination: 17.5°
- Mesh size: 0.045-2mm
- Screen size (L×W): 700×1050mm
- Number of screens: 10
- Processing capacity (Dry ore m³/h): 10-30
Advanced Features for Optimal Performance
- Dual-Motor Synchronization: Ensures consistent linear motion for precise screening.
- Imported Vibration Motors: Utilizing Martin or OLI motors for reliability and long service life.
- Efficient Assembly: Multi-layer screen box assembly offers a compact footprint, high processing capacity, and ease of operation.
- Resilient Screen Mesh: Polyurethane mesh with high elasticity reduces blockages and extends screen life.
- Easy Maintenance: The screen is fixed with pulling-bolt components for quick and reliable fastening. The surface treatment includes sandblasting and heavy anti-corrosion paint, with polyurea resin coating for wear and corrosion resistance.
- Adjustable Feeding Box: Features a unit-combination structure for easy assembly, disassembly, and maintenance. It includes multi-level buffer steel plates and material distribution boards to enhance the longevity of the screen and the feeding box.
