The Pump can be widely used to transfer different materials, including high viscosity/density sludge, slurry, powder, solids, soil, sand, etc.

Regarding to mining industry, this Pump is ideal equipment to suck and transfer the slurry from pit, because of its small footprint, compact structure, and movable design.

And the Pump has vertical suction distance about 8 meters, while lift/head about 80 meters. And its horizontal suction distance is 50 meters, and discharge distance is about 500/1000 meters, based on different models.

The Pump is 100% air operation/driven, but no cost of Electricity or diesel, so this Pump can be widely used in dangerous environment, such as Petroleum, Petrochemical, Mining, Chemical.

The Pump body can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, etc.

GN Sludge Solids Vacuum Pump is 100% Air Operation/Driven, no cost of electricity or diesel. So the pump shall be supplied with air, generally by Air Compressor, which GN Company doesn't manufacture, and we suggest you to find from local market. Air Compressor can be powered by both Electricity and Diesel, and the clients can choose right models based on the detailed situation at their places. The biggest solids size can be transferred by the Pump is 75mm, so if the solids size is too big, it cannot be sucked by our pump, and might struck inside inlet or outlet.

The pump is easier to do maintenance, as there is no impeller or rotating parts inside the Pump. And because the Pump is air operation, so it can be widely used in the dangerous, flammable, and explosive environment.
