Sludge vacuum pump is a device for conveying and discharging viscous wastewater substances such as sewage or sludge. Usually, the sludge vacuum pump operates on the principle of vacuum suction and discharge, and completes the tasks of conveying and discharging by generating a vacuum environment and sucking in wastewater substances such as sludge or sewage.

The working principle of sludge vacuum pump
The working principle of sludge vacuum pump is mainly to produce vacuum suction through mechanical operation, and suck the sludge or sewage material into the internal equipment. Specifically, the sludge vacuum pump is composed of compressor, suction pipe, suction chamber, discharge pipeline, etc., in which the compressor is responsible for generating the initial pressure and compressing the air into a vacuum; the suction pipe will suck the sludge or sewage material into the suction chamber; the negative pressure of the suction chamber will suck the material into the internal pump; the discharge pipeline is responsible for discharging the material out.

GN 5-DECK HIGH-FREQUENCY FINE VIBRATING SCREEN FOR DOMESTIC LITHIUM ORE SELECTION

High frequency sieve has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency. It is an effective equipment for screening and grading fine-grained materials, widely used in iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium sand and other beneficiation plants for screening or grading operations. For high frequency sieve, is alone to dewatering for the purpose of wet screening, it is hoped that as soon as possible on the screen surface to form a material layer with filtration effect, in order to block the passage of fine-grained coal, so as to reduce the loss of solid materials in the water, and to improve the recovery rate of solids. If the screen surface amplitude is too large, but destroy the filter layer. Therefore, wet screening does not require a large amplitude. In the case of vibration intensity that can be achieved, in order to increase the number of times the slurry on the screen surface acts relative to the screen surface and improve the transport capacity of the screen surface, it is desirable to use a higher vibration frequency, i.e., the favourable movement characteristics of the wet screening machine should be high frequency and low amplitude.

Sludge vacuun pump, also called solid vacuum pump, it's 100% air driving, can tranfer sludge from one areas to another areas, it required air compressor.

GN solids vacuum pump is completely pneumatic and has no electric components, so it can be used in flammable and explosive environments and has passed ATEX certification. A typical application of the solids vacuum pump is to transport oily sludge from the sludge tank to the oily sludge treatment system as a cnveying device.
